Nintendo 3DS price drop!!

The Nintendo 3DS price drop is now in effect across the UK.

Supermarket Tesco and online retailer Amazon.co.uk are both selling the handheld for £115, around half the price of the system's value when it launched five months ago.

Morrisons is selling 3DS hardware at £120, with games retailing at £25 each, according to MCV.

Supermarkets Asda and Sainsbury's will be selling the device at £134.99 and £139.99 respectively.

Online, ShopTo and Gameplay.co.uk have posted prices at around £135, with Play.com charging £139.99.

High street retailer GAME has also revealed a series of offers. Trading in a DSi XL will see the 3DS discounted to £49.99, while a DSi trade will reduce it to £89.99.
